– Payments may be made online, by bank transfer, or in person.
– A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
– All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Failure to make payment on time may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be subject to a fee.
– Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has commenced.
– Refunds are only issued for faulty installations or components, subject to inspection.

5. Warranty
All parts and installations include a 12-month workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification
– Faults arising from third-party interference
If an issue arises under warranty, please contact us immediately to arrange inspection or repair.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
– The vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed time.
– All personal belongings are removed before installation.
– Accurate information is provided regarding the vehicle and requirements.
We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Liability
Logic Installations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or data. Our liability for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the total price paid for the service.
